Principal
John Conger, President of Conger Strategies and Solutions, brings executive level expertise from both the Pentagon and Capitol Hill to bear on your problems. Mr. Conger served in the Pentagon as Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) and Assistant Secretary of Defense (Energy, Installations and Environment). Previously he served more than a decade on Capitol Hill in a number of staff roles.
